Cranks no start. Numerous Fuses showing red with test probe

Ford Expedition 2002 5.4 Triton v8 150000 miles
02 expedition cranks no start. Checked all the pieces under the under dashboard and under hood over 50% of the fuses were showing red I'm assuming meaning no power going in or coming out. Interior lights and light under hood will flicker in and out. Also tried spraying fuel directly into throttle body still no start. Any ideas what would cause that many fuses to stop working

Check all the main ground straps make sure they are all connected and that they aren’t doubled up except where the factory doubled or tripled them from the factory
