My wipers don't work you can hear the wiper motor working but my wipers don't move

When I drive over bumps or rap the steering wheel the system acts like there's an open door somewhere and the seat belt light comes then off with the door ajar light and the wiper blades wont stop wiping twice, the rear wiper does not respond and the controls for the front wipers are unresponsive too
