Ford F-150 2017 Truck 88000 miles

After some repairs on my truck bed being removed and put back on my license plate lights and my trailer connection will not work on any trailer that I connect

I have taken the issue to a mechanic that I know as I have totally retired now
My wife made me LOL !! I delivered parts for Orielly's auto parts for 9 years 3 of which I was
retired sort of

I have gotten to old to be crawling around under cars & trucks not to mention medical conditions at my age now besides I'm a shade tree mechanic especially in Texas heat and cold not in the shade during the cold , I'm in the house these days
