Ford F-250 2003 7.3l 100000 miles
Customer stated it was running fine at warm-up, engine shut down and power windows quit operating.
Arrived on scene, and vehicle is parked in a 30 degree incline driveway.
Checked under hood basics - oil low (customer added), surge tank empty (customer added) and trans? I don't know yet, but Diagnostic will not connect to pcm and the fuse is good.

Turned over when in drive but no start, then nothing. Won't turn over at all from ignition switch. Cranks over with remote button but no start. Power to instrument panel got lights an all. Will not communicate witn ecu.

When I removed the pcm fuse, the relay began to intermittently operate.
