Replaced fuel pump now it won't start

I replaced fuel pump under hood, now it won't turn over, it is trying but no luck

2002 F350 (7.3 Powerstroke) had a non serviceable fuel relay. I had to cut a replaceable relay in from a key on/off power source (fuse), a ground from a new relay and the power from the Inertia Switch located in the passenger side kick panel area.

Will not try to crank with ignition switch but will turn over when I jump the senolid switch. Also fuel pump is not coming on.
