Found out recently that a/c will work only if exterior lights are turned on (including fogs).

I checked the 3 fuses listed and check the connectors under the seats.

Same problem. Pulley is spinning just fine but clutch won't engage. I also had an evap small leak and I read that the PCM does pre-checks before sending signal to a/c compressor but after fixing leak still no a/c. How to diagnose if clutch has gone bad or PCM won't send signal?

Cooling fan not getting started when the AC is switched ON. But the fan gets started after the engine temperature reaches 90 Deg C. Even after it is running, it runs at a low speed.
AC Blows hot air as the Freon booms out of the car from the AC compressor Pressure relief valve. Many times Freon has been charged to the system and then Freon gets relieved out from the Pressure relief valve. Fan does not run at the desired speed. Fan doesn't start when the AC is swithched ON, but the Engine temperature remains at 90 Deg C even for a long drive and the engine temperature remains almost constant.… Read complete
