Cooling fan

Ford Mustang 2009 Roush  142941 miles
I am having overheating issues after 15 minutes of driving. Coolant levels are full! Fan isn't coming on. I'm not to familiar with ponies. This baby is my late husbands and all I have left of his. He taught me to work on my little neon and kota but never the pony. Can anyone give me some ideas

Fan coming on doesn't mean its working properly. You need to make sure the high side and low side is working. These cars have bad issue with melting the plug where fan plugs into the engine harness under the radiator coolant tank. May find it to be melted
