All cars have a total odometer that states how much the car has been used. There might be partial odometers, usually in the on-board computer, and they are useful to record trips or certain specific journeys. Total odometers cannot be reseted, while partials can.
I swaped the motor and transmision with the same year but it wont crank or start. The odometer reads mileage when you first turn the key over for a second but switches to dots.
Nothing kicks on by ignition. Fuel injectors kick on when jumped, but starter does not please help? Do I need to get the ignition switch, key and pcm from the other car that I got the motor and transmission out of. ?????
