You need to get it scanned to get the error code. Have you been in an accident, or have the airbags ever deployed? Depending on the type of error, you might be able to clean it and get it solved.

Hot air is blowing through the defroster at the windshield, and will not cut off the lights and controls on the dashboard are also off and not working I have checked all of the fuses they’re in place and working. I don’t know what could be causing this.
