98 accord 2.3 manual trans, car running fine no issues went out check fluid level ( no issues) went to start car just barely made any effort to even light up the dash soon as I tried to crank it barely clicked and whole car went dead. Corroded terminals, cleaned them up and barely made any attempt to turn over. Got out the jump box and it cranked but no start. Second attempt and I became aware of a blinking green key that had never been there before. All attempt so far have made no changes ( checked all fuses and relays, changed all battery and ground connections, replaced ECM, car would only try starting with starting fluid but not on forced fuel pump (hot wired fuel pump) leading me to realize no injector signal any suggestions will be appreciated, I'm not a novice mechanic, been a tech for most my life. I know I'm just overlooking something.
