Break sign and beep sound on dash board

Honda Civic 2010 Hubrid 135000 miles

I hear beep sound and break sign on dash board when ever I use the break. I got the break pads and fluid checked. They both are fine but I hear beep noise and sign every time I use the break. Please help. Thank you.

Radio problems wonky

Honda Civic 2006 LX Coupe 134069 miles

This is happening to me. I had starter, battery, alternator replaced and ignition control module. It still is wonky. It goes from am to FM to aux, to not working to turning on and it being very loud and it just beeps and beeps. It's crazy. I believe it's another faulty ignition control module. But the dealership won't even consider it being that. I explained to them that when they first put it in it worked great and after a day it's bad again and now my key fob with new battery does not lock/unlock my car. They key works great but that's my issue. I only have 134k miles.

Regarding radio should be code for honda civic.
My one goes blank no radio asking fo code.
That happens after new battery changed.
My code for original civic 2004 radio is 46453
If helps you a lucky.

Also if engine sign pops up after some fuses change or the other parts: My resume is:
Helped just disconnect the battery both + and - for a 1minute and connect them back. Start a car again. Sign disappeared. That's my story.
