I'm quite short and the gas pedal is further away from the driver's seat than the brake pedal. Is there a way to bring it forward to match?

I own an Odyssey 2005 and its problem is that, every time I try to start driving, it loses its strenght for a while, then starting as if nothing happened. I was told the problem was in the throttle body, but this was not the cause. What is more, the front end assembly is making a terrible noise. It's been two times already that I've changed the shock absorbers and everything related to the front end assembly.
