So my wipers are working slow and the high setting is intermittent. I replaced the wiper motor and it’s still doing the same thing. I checked the fuse obviously fine. Only thing I can think off is the wiper combination switch which I’ll replace and see if that fixes the issue. I checked for a wiper relay but my lancer CH 2007 does not have one from what I can see just the fuse
