Hello, I wanted to share my experience with this vehicle that has disappointed me a little bit. The first problem was that the previous owner told me the vehicle had voice commands to answer and call with the cell phone; but they do not work. What worries me the most is that a noise or pounding is heard under the steering wheel. When driving along an uneven road, no matter whether it is at 10 mph or at 25 mph, the noise is much more noticeable. It has only got two months of usage and in the agency they told me it might be the steering shaft that is failing. What do you think might be happening?
