Coil with oil SolvedSolved

Nissan Sentra 2001  215 miles
When starting my car, it jerks a bit. Only after several minutes it starts working properly. When I removed the coil, it had some oil in it. The spark plugs are new, not even a month old. I would like to know if there is a problem with the engine, the coil, or what can be happening. Thanks.

You should check that the four coils are working properly. I had your same problem, my car jerked quite a lot, and a coil had a one cm fissure, through which the spark escaped. I've changed it and now my car is working perfectly.

Starting SolvedSolved

Nissan Sentra 2000  180000 miles
Good morning eveyrone. My car is having a starting failure; it sometimes starts powerless, and I need to press the accelerator for it to finally start, when it has an electrical ignition. I've already cleaned injectors, checked fuel pressure, spark plugs and changed the distributor but it keeps doing the same thing. It even sometimes does not want to start when warm. Please someone give me a hand.

You should check that the crankshaft and camshaft's sensors are working properly and that the harnesses and wiring are not damaged.

Thank you for your comment. I've already solved my problem; two pistons were twisted, the cylinder head gasket was broken and there was a pressure leakage.

Revolutions drop and stalls

Nissan Sentra 2002  175000 miles
Hi everyone. When the car is stopped or when driving at low speed, around 10-20 mph, revolutions drop and the engine stalls. This does also happen when I change speed, for example from 3rd to 4th gear. In that little time that I stop accelerating, revolutions drop so much that the car stalls. Oil and spark plugs have been changed, injectors cleaned, filters cleaned and even the car tuned but the failure is still there. Please help me!

Have you tried cleaning both the IAC valve and the MAF?

That solved my problem, buddy. Thank you so much!
