Nissan Sentra 2004 1999 miles
I have a Sentra 2004 and its acceleration cannot be maintained. The tuning has already been made but the failure persists. The car stalls, I start it back again and it keeps doing the same thing. Please give me some help, it's a month since this problem began.

If your vehicle has electronic acceleration and the throttle body has been cleaned, it must be a programmation problem. You need to take it to be reprogrammed and the failure will disappear.

Hi everyone. When the car is stopped or when driving at low speed, around 10-20 mph, revolutions drop and the engine stalls. This does also happen when I change speed, for example from 3rd to 4th gear. In that little time that I stop accelerating, revolutions drop so much that the car stalls. Oil and spark plugs have been changed, injectors cleaned, filters cleaned and even the car tuned but the failure is still there. Please help me!

Have you tried cleaning both the IAC valve and the MAF?

When accelerating deeply, the engine starts failing as if it were about to stall. And if I drive for more than 2 hours, it then stalls and I will have to start the engine again.

Good morning, I have a Sentra 2001 1.8 engine and it happened to me that, when driving on the street, it speeded up only to 40-50 mph. I tried accelerating it harder, it revolutionized but wouldn't speed up. It consumes way too much fuel and also the oil light has turned. I checked the oil, which I thought might have burnt, but it was at its right level. I kept driving and the light turned on once more. It has also occurred to me that, once revolutions went down and I accelerated, the car stalled. The engine started again but it made a terrible sound, as if the rods were about to break. I then stopped at a mall, bought some oil and added it to the car but I could not solve the problem.

It must be the oil pump, which you should change as soon as possible.
