Engine vibrates terribly. 4 coil packs changed... vibration simmers a bit... Think it's a mount gone bad.

When I start my car the left side vibrate

My Nissan tiida vibrates (like cell phone) when accelerate, ive changed all the engine mount, yet iit keeps vibrating. Please, what else can I do to make the vibration stops.

This is my first nissan Tiida 2014, i bought from someone.
1. There was a problem like aligning or balancing tires, but I check everything normal. And when I drive more than 80kmph begin to vibrate whole car and try to slow down same issue. Also pulling to right side slighty. 2. Accelerate the power loss on startup and switch to gear D, R does not move for a few seconds or until pushing the acceclerate. After checking the ignation plugs, it was bad, then I changed 4 plugs and cleaned the upper part once everything was fine and I had failed again. As the machanic says the coil is good.
Can you please advise

When I drive over 160km/h on the tire road the noise happens and the sterling wheal vibrates. But on a dusty road with bumps it makes noise as other sounds comes frome the inside of steering wheel
