Opel Vectra 1998 240000 miles
When driving, the engine suddenly stalls and I need to wait until it cools down to be able to start it again. I really do not know what is happening or what to do to solve this problem.

I had a similar problem and it was the crankshaft sensor that was failing.

In my case, after cleaning both the crankshaft and the camshaft sensor, the failure disappeared. They were full of oil stuck to them.

When driving on a highway, the engine suddenly stalled and I have not been able to start it again since then. I personally believe the problem might be the pump or some sensor; what do you think?
