I had a directional headlamp burnt, changed it and now the problem is that the dashboard lights won't start. When I use any of the two directional headlamps, all the lights turn on, even the dashboard ones.

Low beam ok. High beam is very dull on both lights. If I flick the light stalk with the lights off, high beam does work.
