Engine warning lights come on very faintly when ignition key is removed

Corrosion at the back of the fuse box absorbed damp on very wet days caused the shorting that kept the warning lights glowing. The Rav4 fuse box is directly below the radio aerial and any water ingress there drips directly into the fuse box.
