The passenger side, (right rear), tail light has an issue causing a malfunction. If constant power is off, (lights off), then everything works. Brake light works, turn indicator works, hazard flashers work. Everything is fine until the lights come on either automatically or manually. When this happens that one light only fails to function. The tail light is on and working but none of the functions I mentioned earlier work. Not one single function, but only with that right side rear tail light. So what would cause this?
