My truck won't start

Chevrolet Silverado 2007 extended cab 150000 miles
It has been running well. Started up fine this morning. Got to my appointment. Came back out to leave and truck would not turn on. It was as if the battery was dead. When the AAA mechanic checked the battery it was fine. But the dash lights would not come no when the key was turned. Then they did but there was no effert to start. The engine might click but nothing else. The dome lights were bright and working. It was putting out a full voltage the mechanic said. But again the dash lights would not come on. But then they did again.

I have a pulsar LT upgrade trip for my Silverado, and what I discovered when I was taking it to the dealership was I was taking a pulsar LT main chip in disconnecting it but really, I should’ve been disconnecting all the wiring, which is only two harnesses, and then connecting back the originals next to the colder intake so when you take the pulsar LT and disconnect is the main chip it deactivated the whole vehicle. I’m assuming it’s a safety precaution which is a great one Security is key
