Fuel system

Ford Explorer 2010 V6 99000 miles
The car starts but won't say running. Its like the fuel pump loses power. Pour a little gas in the breather it will run until that gas is gone

We had the same issue, thought it was fuel pump. Turned out to be blown front transmission seal.

Acceleration problems

Ford Explorer 2005  245 miles
Good morning everyone. My car is a Ford Explorer Eddi Bauer, year 2005, motor 4.6 and it is having considerable acceleration problems. What is more, the air conditioning sometimes stops cooling. I've already changed the fuel pump, the fuel filter, injectors and coils. I've even changed all of the spark plugs but the problem persists. I mostly notice that it won't accelerate properly when I'm driving on an uphill road.

Stalling while driving

Ford Explorer 2007 Automatic  195000 miles
After driving my vehicle for about 40 minutes, the engine stalls out on me. Sometimes it crank back up when when it does it the engine shakes badly and stalls out again. After that or during the times it won't start back up I'd have to wait a few hours to a few days before the vehicle is able to start again. This is a repeating cycle. I have changed the fuel pump, filter , and the crankshaft sensor. The problem was not resolved. An one has any ideas?

Fuel pump has been replaced twice. Right after repair noticeable growling noise under hood while driving and sitting with engine running. Bad gas mileage. Could it be another bad fuel pump part?
