Starting failure

Ford F-100 2008  168000 miles
I own a Ford F100 duty xlt 2008 and it presented no problems until, one day, it started failing when starting; the engine turned, but the van would not start working. I took it to the official agency, where I had bought it, and left it there for a week. It was supposedly repaired but, the following day, it did not start any more. Without any doubt, I took it immediately to the agency again, and they accepted to check it once more. Another week went by until they called to say the van was ready. I went to pick it up and, to my suprise, I heard an annoying creak coming from my vehicle. Even more, I turned the engine off and, when trying to start it again, it did not respond at all. Displeased, I Ieft the car there for another four days, when they called for the third time to say that it was repaired. I picked it up last Friday and today, Monday, it started failing again. What might be happening? Thank you.

I have your same van 2007 and, when it failed when starting, the problem was the fuel pressure, the safety valve more precisely. For you to understand what happens: there is a hose that goes from the fuel tank to the engine and, occasionally, some air remains inside, like a bubble of air. This causes the starting to take longer than usual, or that the engine starts but stalls after 5 seconds. With the fuel tank completely filled, the problem is solved but it is quite expensive. You need to take it to a mechanic and explain that this is happening to you, and do not believe them if they tell you that the injectors are the ones that are failing.

Maybe use a one way fuel valve so fuel says in the line, and full tank isnt expensive gas and the problem is not fixed, if your van has an auxiliary tank it may be the fuse in crossover line, if not id try a one way check valve hard to determine when the only descriptions are creak noises and would not start working
