Noise during starting

Our F150 Eco Boost has started making a wierd noise when we start up the engine...it starts and runs BUT is making a shreeel noise. What would this indicate?

Probably either a loose belt or the belt tensioner needs replacing. Could also be a failing bearing in the alternator, which would ‘squeel’ When under load, such as first starting.
