My 2011 6.2L f-150 worked fine until one evening I parked it and dropped in to see a buddy, I came out 2
Hours later came out and in won't start it'll crank & crank but will not fire I checked fuel pump I can hear it humming it's working fuses are all good and a mechanic checked for codes it said all systems are good why won't it start????????

After starting and engine starts to warm up the idle speed starts to lower to the point when your slowing down the engine dies. Engine will start back up fairly easy but does not want to idle right. You can take off but when you start to slow down and your rpm lowers the engine will die.

Truck choked down & died. Then cranked and ran. Now engine turns over but won't crank.

Sounds like the exhaust goes strait to ground
It has 311000km

Engine goes into limp mode after short distance after start up. Stop vehicle, turn off, restart engine runs ok. Last time it did it 3 times in a row

Engine won't start except on starting fluid. Can't hear fuel pump kick on.

Once in a while I will start the engine crank turn no problem the truck will start than i shut it off and try starting again it will crank but doesn't run. I did change in line filter I changed the gas pump but the problem remains.

The engine has power but it wont start

My engine work perfect when is cold,but after some time when is get hot start stall.

As soon as I start the truck it starts shaking an as I continue to drive it, it still shakes, but it stops shaking as bad if I reach up to 55mph I heard it could be the motor mounts or the harmonic balancer but I have no clue. Any feedback would help an be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes turn key to start hear a click engine won't turn over have to try 5 or 6 times it finally turns over and starts no dragging from starter replaced silinoid but to no avail still does it what could cause this

Purchased truck brand new on January 30 of this year. On April 20th, while driving on us 322 the low oil pressure light came on and the engine immediately began banging. After limping to the curb lane and avoiding an accident, I shut the vehicle down and had it towed to the nearest dealer. Next morning they call and tell me that the engine is blown due to defective oil pump. No warning from the truck, nothing. I use the vehicle for getting around and do not tow anything with it. I have see where others have experienced the same thing. 40k truck that runs for 80 days. $500.00 per day!

After an oveheating then start good and parked then no more crank or start, the warning notice say "Starting system fail" and scanner codes P1299 and U0422

-But when i put acceleration the engine start a knock knock

When when I try and start it the starter wants to keep running so I have to turn the key off and now when I do that it's just the starter going in the engine doesn't want to start before the engine would try and run with the starter going now the engine doesn't run

Installed new zero mile engine. Have power and proper grounding, new starter, new fuse box, new coil packs, new plugs. Turns on but will not crank

I get in the dashboard a message saying engine failsafe mode, and the truck stops working as it should. When I try to put the autothrottle it doesn't respond and in the road if I want to overtake the overdrive doesn't kick in. I've taken it to several shops and to the dealership, but nobody found the failure. What can I do?

Has power with overdrive off but hesitates and Boggs down when going up hill with overdrive on and acts sluggish when cruising at low speeds with overdrive on. When you step on the gas halfway to the floor or more it Boggs way down before accelerating. I have replaced all 8 coils all 8 spark plugs fuel filter both evap valves and the fuel pump control module and cleaned the mass airflow sensor and dumped fuel system cleaner in the tank.

My car won't start but there is no error code provided, injectors are clean, ECM signal is negative and there is spark in every spark plug. What else should I check?

My son has a 1989 ford f150. He ran out of gas, put gas in it, sprayed started fluid, changed the fuel filter, checked the air filter, and reconnected the battery. It tries to start, but won't catch. We don't really know much else to do, any suggestions for a newbee diy'er? :)

This light came on then my truck started driving really rough. It would sort of "jerk" forward when I took my foot off the peddle. Drove it 2 hours home like this but since then it as been fine (only been 4 days). Wondering whats wrong, read online that its probably the throttle body.

It started with jerks while driving; when starting gold y vibrates and then it normalizes. While driving it losed power as if choking a little, but now it got worse. It chokes while accelerating and sounds as if exploding, when I let go it keeps driving; if I accelerate again it does the same but it doesn't stall. If I turn it off for 5 seconds it works for 10 minutes and then it fails again. I alreadi cleaned the injectors, changed spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, fuel pump, coils and their sensors. I've already had this problem for a year and they can't solve it, yesterday I scanned it and had air sensor error, but changing it didn't fix it.

New battery and starter. Anti theft light no longer on or blinking when truck is at rest. Engine turns over better when the fuel relay is removed.

I just bought this 05 f150,the guy I got it from said he replaced the fuel pump , coils, spark plugs, it will start if you spray it with some starting fluid and will run between 5&20 minutes then dies and will not restart for several hours even with starting fluid.
