OBDI has power but will not send codes.

Just installed two new fuel pumps, dual tanks, trying to fix the problem did not work. When you first get in the vehicle it will start and run fine for 8 to 12 seconds then die as the check engine light glitches out. When you try to pull the codes with a paper clip same glitching problem. I guessing ECM, but really don't know. Anyone ran into this kind of problem on 1995 Model F 150

Smoke comes from the Egr not gasket issue it's coming from under the top part where vacuum hooks up to also smoke comes from iac looks like it's coming from the little round part on side and also from unit itself.do these parts suck outside air or are they leaking. Also truck has code p0171 lean on bank 1 that I can't figure out. Any help would be appreciated. I also started the truck and tried the o propane gas bottle and carb cleaner and sprayed it around both WITH no change in motor running. Not sure what to do next except change plugs injectors and coil packs and see if that will solve my p0171 code.

I just had this problem as well. I took truck into garage and had intake gaskets replace new hoses and new intake. This cured my issue. Certainly something you may want to have looked into. Job was a little expensive but it was well worth it and I got a great deal on it. They found my intake was cracked, the tube behind intake had somehow broke and was leaking coolant, My truck shook at idle and take up with little power. This job can cost at much as $2000 but it was 1/2 cost at my local garage. I just got truck back and Its like its brand new. Good luck
Thank you I smoked the motor again and now have no visible leaks anywhere and we smoked it good so now I'm thinking I've got bad sensors.

My car won't start but there is no error code provided, injectors are clean, ECM signal is negative and there is spark in every spark plug. What else should I check?

The computer sends a pulse to the injectors, so you could try with a different computer and see what happens.
Most ford truck has a fuel pump cut out module that tips and has to be rest

It was working fine and the next day I used it I felt the truck heavy, it didn't have the normal acceleration, and then I realized it didn't have the power to go uphill, it went sluggishly and when the revolutions go up it started shuddering. With the scanner it showed errors P0755, P1747 and P0743, I was told it might be the gas pump, but the failure continues. It's a 2008 mexican Ford truck, 8 cilinders and 4.6L engine with automatic transmission.

The error code P1747 ir related to the transmission: pressure in the control solenoid, and most likely the other error codes are related. Check the solenoids.
How many miles since last transmission fluid exchange? Shuttering sound like torque converter shutter. Try BG Products transmission conditioner, it will neutralize the fluid. If the shutter goes away then exchange the fluid and use another BG conditioner again.

Torque converter could be going bad, you can try a bottle of shutter fix temporary

When the truck goes over 4000 rpm the check engine light flickers for about 20 seconds, and at that point the truck loses acceleration and then it goes back to normal. The error codes I have are P0300, P0302 and P0306. Thanks for your help!

Those error codes are from the cilinders 3 and 6, check the spark plugs and coils

After fixing the transmission and changing the timing kit it starts perfectly but it won't accelerate and gives the P2104 and P2112 error codes, it has a wrench warning light on.

Maybe it is the oxygen sensor, I had the same problem. Also check the throttle body

While driving the engine just lost power. When you depress the acclerator it was as you are not getting any fuel. I had it towed to a shop, the shop said they diagnosed the problem and it was the fuel pump, it was not getting the right amout of pressure. They replaced the fuel pump. When I picked up the truck it had a little rattle when changing gears, the mechanic said that the computer may needed to be reset! Drove the vehicle for a day and it shut down again with the same problems. Had to have it towed back to the shop.

Running lean
Ford F-150 2001 super crew cab, 2 wheel drive, 4.6L 265000 miles
Truck is running rough, put OBD ll scan on it says lean on banks 1&2. Changed the TPS, also the cold air intake sensor. Nothing works.
