Battery goes dead every thing is working first started hearing static like speaker noise with radio off then few months later battery is getting 8 amp draw with key off

My thermal camera is showing the rear windows 30amp fuse is hot. Truck is cold and asleep. I have a parasitic power drain on battery. Wondering if this could be it and what’s causing it?

Something is dragging the battery down. I have put an amp meter on the positive post and pulled one fuse at a time to see if the .5 amp draw would go away. It did not. Any suggestions? Or is the .5 am… 

Fuse 15, (40 ) draws 0.35 amp when key off. Drains battery in 1.5 days. What does it control - looking for wiring diagram and/or description. Found problem by putting multimeter set for 10AMP into cir… 

Hazard lamp fuse shows battery draw when nothing is activated, about .70ma
Ign off fuse & ign switches also show draw with no key in ign.
