Central locking system problem

Ford Focus 2008  84 miles
The back right door of my car won't close properly. I cannot even do it manually. I've already changed the fuse located behind the fusebox.

Hi I have a 2007 Ford escape i don't no how long i have had this issue it could have been like this when i brought it last year. The problem is the rear (tailgate) door and window are not locking only the other 4 doors lock with the remote we have tried most things but with no luck. Does this mean we have to buy a new locking system or is there anything more i should try first. I hope it is not expensive to replace the actuator as i dont have a lot of money as i am on a disability payment so i will try any suggestions that i can first. Kind regards Anthony
