My ford focus 2012 1.6 would always run the radiator fan while driving and when I stop/switch off the engine the radiator fan will again run when I open the doors. What could be the problems?

Your fan module needs to be replaced, just replace the whole fan assembly.

I had some overheating problems with my car and everything was solved by changing the wiring that connects the fan relay to the fans. This wire was burnt, so no electrical current could reach the fans. Hope I can help someone with the same inconvenient.
