I have changed Idle control valve, mass air flow sensor. I am puzzled as to what the issue still is. The car starts and idles fine but when I press the gas pedal it dies. Does anyone know what the issue could be

Heard a pop then Loud whining noise when let off gas pedal
Neutral and rev engine, no change, usually not audible on acceleration, has gone away a couple times only to start making noise again a short time later

The car has had a service but the problem still persists. ---The symptoms--- 1. Rough idling at rest. Rev pin would fluctuate 100-200 RPM. After service that is no longer an issue but the even though the pin is not fluctuating you can feel the engine isn't smooth. 2. It starts fine in the morning but stall and stops after about a 15 to 20 seconds. This happens untill I throttle down for some time while it will be making a shooting sound. This continues for about 5 to 20minutes before it stabilizes

2005 Kia Rio Original problem: after hearing to operating temperature vehicle will not accelerate no engine power or rpms, pull over put into park engine would rev up, put back into gear no rmps. Actions: removed MAF Sensor cleaned with MAF cleaner crc , cleaned throttle body, removed IAC Sensor cleaned with throttle cleaner crc brand. Inspect spark plugs all are good and gap correct.
