My 2001 Toyota recently died while I was driving home I was able to restart it and chug my way home. After that it would not start. Replace the fuel pump, check all plugs, fuse and spark plugs. Now it will start but runs only for a second or two and dies as if it's not getting enough gas. I can hear the fuel pump running when I start and when the car dies. Everything seems to be working no codes come up when plugging in. Not sure what to do now any suggestions?

Bought car 3 weeks ago from dealership as is. Car was fine until 2 days ago battery was dead, which is brand new, alt good. Noticed that the pass air bag light was blinking every 2 seconds. Wondering if this is normal never noticed it on before. They only thing changed in car was radio didn't work, which they replaced a week ago. Wondering if this air bag light could have drained battery?

After some hours of being stopped, I couldn't start driving my car. The engine started running but that was all, it could not be driven. I've checked and there is no spark in the spark plugs, and even the fuel pump seems to be not working. Apparently, there is no electrical current reaching the distributor. I personally believe it might be a computer's failure, can someone give me a hand please?

Car won't start until the security light goes off sometimes it never goes off!So like everyone else sometimes starts sometimes won't? Diagnostic test showed nothing!

One day rainy day I went to start my car and it acted as of the starter was broken. It wasn't even clicking. Then the whole car locked up. So I waited for a minute and then it started. From then a few days later it starts semi fine because I can hear a slight hesitation is the engine starting and when I go to drive the power steering does not work. I have to let the car sit after the engine starts for a couple seconds before I can drive for the power steering to kick in. What is going on. Never had any issues or accidents with this car before.

Car won't start it only does a click sound only

When I turn the key in the ignition switch, I only get a whirring sound, and no response from the engine. The dashboard lights up with what appears to be every light coming on.

I changed Gear box , Plug , Injectors , coils and even fuel pump because my car do not exceed 10KMPL. Finally i came to conclusion that there is problem in Shifting gear because my car do not shift the gear above 60KM/H UPTO 140KM/H. I changed the gear oil and washed the gear filter changed the shifting censor but the issue still exist one mechnics told it might be Computer problem kindly guide me in this regards

Won't start,not getting fuel

Toyota dealership suggested problem may be "sensor" at time I delivered to dealership. Toyota replaced clutch switch Assy. According to invoice. Car starts a little better (without pushing in pedal so many times) but still will not start at times - e. G. , have to push clutch in several times(3 to 4) and while holding pedal in, I rotate my foot on the pedal.

I have to use a jumper box to keep car running. New battery, alternator, and new durlast coils, and new iridium spark plugs. What could be causing start and no start?

Drove my 96 Corolla that night the next morning I went out to leave and it will not start I've changed the coil checked the timing belt it's getting fuel idk what else to check please help it's my only car no money for a garage

Hi trying to put tachometer in car I can't seen to find the rev signal wire anywhere have checked a green one that comes off distributor as have seen that on a few forums people say it's that but still no luck please help

Engine vibrates on reverse gear, all engine mounts are normal and serviced there is no problem with the engine mounts, all spark plugs, coils and fuel injectors are cleaned but I still have the same problem. Is it possible that it can be a wiring or electric issue that my car shakes and vibrates when I put on reverse gear?

When I am turning a key it doesn't crank

My car after heat for few minutes cut off spark to the distributor and few minutes ago the car crank again. What is the causes?

Security light flashes continually and the car won't start

When I've been driving the car for about 20 to 40 minutes it flickers off and on like a m8sfire. The actual engine light will blink on. No codes shown accept bad cadalic converter. That was on at one time and I replace the ignition coils all wires and plugs. It fixed the problem then. There is also a flicking sound under the dashboard like a relay going off and on

No previous related issues and it has always been able to start until very recently. I have 2 keys and neither had any issues before. Don't see what could have caused the problem. Tried disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it after 15-30 minutes but it doesn't change anything. Neither does trying to reset the ECU or immobilizer by connecting the 4th and 13th pins on the OBD-II connector, turning on the ignition, and waiting 30-45 minutes. Mix up of battery terminals and damaged visible links,replaced it and all works except it is not starting the engine

When I turn off the car and remove the key the lights in the meter and sometimes fan stays on without the key then I remove a fuse number 5 and everything shuts off. If I put it again without the key everything turns on by itself. Other issue my car randomly stops in the middle of the road then I start to start it again the self is fine the engine is perfectly working but it doesn't start.

My 2006 Toyota corolla won't start or turn over. I put a new starter on it and still nothing. Battery is good.

A particular coil keeps burning frequently

1994 Corolla DX, generally in good running condition. Problem one: drove the car to a restaurant parking lot, picked up my food, went to the car to drive home and it wouldn’t start at all. Will not start intermittently but, will usually start with remote starter. Battery and alternator check out okay.

Hey I have a AE93 corolla I've recently done a service to it that includes, (oil filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, dropping the oil flushing the old oil out and refilling it with new oil, Cleaning the throttle body with Carby clean) once I did all that I went for a night drive and as i was coming back home the car made a small thud noise then there was no response to the accelerator as I lost speed, I got it back home and went to diagnose the problem but no luck the car still is turning over just no spark I've pulled the rocket cover to see if it just stripped a gear but the distributor is strait connected to the cam shaft were unsure on what it could be were expecting it to be the coil in the distributor unless you guys know anything else it could be, cheers

2 Coil or starting plugs not bringing light and the car is not starting

My car is running too lean plus scan tool read random misfire and cylinder 1 misfire detected I replaced intake and throttle body gaskets I replaced all vacuum hoses I replaced all the coil packs took car to numerous shops they cant figure out why its still running lean also I get a backfire in the intake system

My car was service to change Oil pump and crankshaft, from there my car do not want to start at all, it only turn the engine.
