Serpentine belt problems

Serpentine belt: It is made up from a material similar to rubber that allows certain engine parts to come into contact with each other and makes them spin. Some of them are the alternator, the hydraulic power steering, and the water pump.

I have replaced fuse boxes fusses relays Wire harness Alternator /Battery Power steering pump and resovoir,AC Pump, Serpentine Belt Solenoid... And I'm ready to throw in the towel... please Help
