New battery new alternator. It starts right up with a jump, but as soon as you remove the jumper cables the battery dies. Had the battery checked had the alt checked both good.

While driving intermittent shimmy like going over rumble strips. Yellow wrench lite is on. This is a 2wheel drive. 2006 F-150. 8 cylinder. I didn't have any trouble until the alternator was replaced. While leaving their parking lot the light came on. I went back and asked what it was they said a routine maintenence is required. So I thought they should know. As I drove 6 and 1/2 hours away, i realized that would not create a shimmy. And now they are closed and of course I will not drive that many miles to go back unless it was the difference of this new fiasco to be fixed for free. I dont have that kind of luck. ANYONE please advise something solid. Thank

It will not start in it have a new battery in a alternator, fuel filter in it well not still not work

Battery reads 12.7V not running, 14.7V running with lights on. Most days I have no issues. Occasionally I start it up fine drive 20 or 30 minutes and make a stop. When I get back in the battery is completely dead. I can jump it and then it runs great for several days before doing this again.

Missing fuses making loud noise steady getting louder until it just shut off after the radio and lights faded out, coming into my driveway. Ford has replaced the ECM and multiple visits later nothing has been done. Power steering and AC won't stay working even though both are full and there are no leaks. I figured it would be a pulley or tensioner making the gradually louder noise but i pulled on it and it seems okay still so I'm just lost here and tired of throwing money way to a dealership and other mechanics whenever it seems to be something bigger or even more simple cause the problems that are occurring.

Not charging checked power and fuse

Alternator hooked up to starter solenoid backwards and knocked out all the power.

When I start my truck and either let it sit an run for alittle bit or get in it an go just a few minutes after a unknown buzzer goes off. It beeps four times stop about 5 sec beeps 4 more times stops beeps four more times an stops it does that about 5 time an will quit. Then a hour or so later if I haven't turn the truck off it will do it again but there is no warning light on the dash on or anything. An I just replaced the alternator not long ago

1st my radio just quit one day few months back. Fuses are fine, according to repair shop radio is perfect, wiring perfect. They don't know what happened and I wasn't replacing my radio because I want music for over 900$. Then today(June 2022) my battery indicator light popped on, then five minutes later it popped off. Alternator fine, battery only a year old and reads fine, checked cables connecting battery and all are tight and where they are supposed to be. I cannot figure out why my battery light is popping on. And as far as I can tell while driving I am not losing power. 2012 f150 xlt with almost 200k miles and now everything wants to start going wrong. Any suggestions on what else I should check for battery issues and radio issues since everything seems to be checking out perfect?

Had to replace alternator. Stared fine. Then white smoke came out of panel and it stalled. Won't turn over, and fuse #5 keeps blowing. Key in ignition and it doesn't even beep.

Truck started fine all day, went to start battery seems dead. Try to jump off, still battery won't start truck. It's a brand new battery and brand new alternator. Starter is only a year old. The first time the truck would just die on me. A jump would fix it. Then it happened again autozone said it was a battery. Put a new battery in. Died again. This time the dashboard went crazy. Autozone said alternator bought a new one. 3 days later does it again but would not hold a charge. Unhooked radio truck ran for 3 or4 days I turned the heater on and the dashboard went crazy, truck died. Held a charge about for about 300ft and died. We put it on a charger all night long. Will not start butbmakes a tic ticing noise for about 10sec stops and starts again. Please help. Checked the fuses.

Truck is running in the normal heat range. After about 20 min. The temp gauge will spike into the red. I can open the cap on the coolant jug and. It is not hot. I cycle the key and it runs and the gauge is in the normal range and runs there for twenty min. Ichecked with an o. B. D. Reader the code is p1299. Says temp sensor. Ichanged the sensor which is located in the intake behind the alternator no change. Any idea where to check next.

my truck has no shifting problems then put in a new alternator and not it shifting hard and engine bacfire

I connected the battery from a Nissan titan to my ford f-150 king ranch. The alarm came on n the wires going from the battery to alternator started to smoke I quickly disconnected it. Then connected it correctly drove truck about 3 miles: once I was home I put in new battery and new alternator. But the battery wont stay charged. & head lights stay on. On the fuse box in the passengers side one of the fuses keeps blowing out.

Ok my dad was driving and he said everything just shut off on him. I changed out the alternator, battery, starter, starter relay, and PCM relay. Fuel pump I can hear, I can turn the crankshaft by hand. I checked all fuses and other relays some fuses ain't getting any power to it. Could it be the PCM? I don't wanna change that out a second opinion. Someone anyone please help.

Good battery new alternator, starter, fuel pump & pat relays. What passive theft or other fuses should I check under hood, passenger side & driver side. Tried jumping then tested battery. Please do not answer throw her in the trash she's otherwise been real good to me & I treat her well too.

The reason I changed the EGR valve and EGR sensor is because when I connected my computer to my truck it said it was not working and threw codes at me... someone please help me with this I've been a few months without my truck and I need it running bad

Lost tac speedometer water & trans gauge , all messages traction low fuel blue wrench, charging system , when the problem is on the truck still runs ok but if I turn it off and try to restart it won't restart but will restart now and then. Checked battery 12.8v alternator 14.5v with or without problem on.

After bad icestorm couldn't get out of driveway so I got out and locked in hubs,before I could shift into 4 low lights dimmed and truck died and began a pinging ring sound. Alternator is fairly new and battery started it fine. Could locking in the hubs and trying to drive before shifting to 4 low cause electrical problem?
