Hard starting ,wont rev above 3000 rpm won't shift rite and will not start after engine warms and you shut it down

It will start cold but misses then smooths out runs fine till 3000 rpms then won't shift auto manual make it shift then won't restart after engine warms up

I noticed noise, wheel vibrations and steering problems. The honda service department said that i had a bad wheel bearing on the left side and replaced it. After i received the car back from the shop, i noticed the car was pulling to the left, wheel vibrations, loose steering wheel and making noise.
