My wife was at completely stop on a hill and she start feeling that the car go back she punch the brake harder but the car do not stop so she hit the gas and the car dosen't go forward either so she turn the car off and turn it back on but the car seems to lose power and now it shakes and doesn't speed up

Took my car to the dealer for an oil change and a new battery. I was told the battery did not fix my problem that it was my starter. This car is not even 3 years old. After looking on line this is clearly an issue with alot of Accords. Honda should be held responsible!!!!!!
I will never buy another honda!! they do not make them like they used to.

I am driving between 20-30 mph. The power steering light comes and immediately loses power steering. I am a big guy and i have to use a lot of strength to move to the side of the road. I shut off car for a few minutes and restart car. The problem went away. This happened 3x time in the last month

This is the fourth time that i have brought my vehicle to the dealer to be inspected. I finally got my car inspected a third time after contacting honda corporate. The steering wheel had to be reset. However, the vehicle still does not drive straight. After an alignment and the steering wheel reset, the vehicle still pulls to the right. Car have no spark no even the best in the world can solve this problem. I've replaced everything you could think of. And still no start.
I replaced the master relay
Computer
Tcu
Head gasket
Timing belt
Sensors
Cylinder lock switch
Ignition switch
Checked all fuses
Still nothing.

I changed transmission and sensors and it still rides for a few miles then it won't go I have to pull over maybe it's another sensor somebody help

Within 2 weeks of purchasing a new honda i experienced a 2 to 3 second hesitation problem when trying to accelerate from low speeds. The first time it happened i was on a green light turning left, so i had to yield to oncoming traffic. 2000 Honda accord vtec 4cylinder manual transmission. I have a clunking sound sometimes when turning, not always though, sometimes the clunking sound happens when I shift into gear when driving straight but will stop as soon as I put it back in neutral. The sound doesn't happen all the time, there is no pattern to it.

I just bought a 2000 Honda accord ex When I put my car in drive and get to 10 mph the rpms go up but I don't go anywhere then a second or two later it seems like my gears catch and I shoot forward I know my fluid is dirty and it ran good for a month so far but I don't know what the problem is can someone help

I get a whining noise every time I start my car and during a low speed what is the cause of this? Do not have that problem with my other Honda EX 2004. I seem to have more problems with the LX then the old one kind of wondering if I will purchase another again.

After my 2013 honda accord with cvt transmission sits for awhile (1- 2 days) without being moved, the transmission will not engage. It doesn't matter if it is in reverse or neutral. Purchased vehicle 5/8/2014. Driving home and i called my husband and stated that the car sounded like crap--wasnt shifting correctly and just had a horrible sound coming from engine. He stated we will check oil and transmission fluid when you get home. To find no oil or transmission on either. Dealer did a recall update of audio system in march 2013 to repair defects in audio system. This update immediately began to interfere with the car's cell phone blue tooth connection causing loss of pairing, loss of speed dials, etc. I have contacted the dealer and honda factory representative repeatedly. This is 2015 brand new accord lx with cvt. The issues are:
1. The car has obvious side to side sway at speed 15 mph.
2. The car has big amplitude vibration at speed 25~35 mph. Especially on a downward slope.
3. The whole car is vibrating at high speed (>70 mph). My hands and legs felt numbed after driving 30 to 40 minutes on highway.

I was thinking this was due to the cold weather and in speaking with my cousin who has same vehicle he said his did the same and it was the new technology with the cvt. At night, when i am utilizing my regular headlights on a dimly light road, my front windshield becomes partly obscured. It is as if either a mesh shade has been pulled about half way down my front windshield or suddenly i have tinting on the upper half of the window. This obscures my vision and i sometimes feel as if i need to try to look under this obscurity to see the distant part of the road. From time to time when i press the accelerator, there is no immediate response. It may take another try to get the engine to respond. This mainly occurs when i need rapid acceleration from a stop to quickly get into traffic. The drivers side mirror is a danger. The outer 1/4 of the mirror is supposed to expose a blind spot, it does not. It is like looking in a fun house mirror distorting on coming vehicles. It is worse in the rain and at night with other vehicle headlights adding to the problem. I see accidents happening in the future. I called the honda dealer and asked to get a plain mirror put in. Troubling with moving gears or driving and break lights and other troubles with fuses

Hard starting ,wont rev above 3000 rpm won't shift rite and will not start after engine warms and you shut it down

It will start cold but misses then smooths out runs fine till 3000 rpms then won't shift auto manual make it shift then won't restart after engine warms up

New battery no codes no power horn stoped working and the key has to unlock the shifter inorder to put into drive only happened 3 times I'm thinking fuse

While driving my Honda Accord down the road. The accelerator accelerated on its own and brakes locked up was able to come to a complete stop due to using my emergency brake. Now when I crank the car the RPM stay at at 5. And gear shifter is locked.

Vehicle goes in reverse but it takes a minute, and it goes into park and all the other gears on the shifter but the vehicle acts like it's still in neutral, have replaced the shift solenoid with a good one and no change, even tried resetting the tcm and no change. Almost forgot, pulled both cv axles and no missing teeth or metal shavings, come to think of it the transmission ends looked brand new

Would love some help. So firstly my car is getting a loud internal noise when I'm driving it almost sounds like a jet engine about to take off. Now the vibration occurs between 70-80km/hr so thinking I may need to replace drive shafts as this is a common problem but the loud internal noise is bugging me most. I've thought of wheel bearings and wear of the tyres. I have a sports tyre on and do a lot of distance travel. They are only 12 months old still plenty of tread. Just had an alignment two months ago. Has anyone experienced this internal noise and would it be related to drive shaft?????

I bought a 1996 Honda Accord a while back a ex model sedan automatic transmission and it has a swapped out VTEC engine in it and I have no idea what kind it is is there some way that I can tell and find out so I know what I'm working with here.

I turn key in ignition to start car amd nothing happens theres no clicking noise at all but all lights come on just wont turn over at all. Wont come out of park either. I even did the shift lock release button and i can get it to neutral but car still wont start. One mechanic said it was neutral safety switch. But that doesnt make sense if i override it and it still wont start. Any and all thoughts ideas or possible solutions plez!

He disconnected all the connections and doesn't know how to reconnect all the components. Now I'm car less please help does anyone know how to reconnect the wiring for automatic transmission

Window tab failure. While in motion on surface streets driver�s side automatic window would not roll up or down. Driver lightly pushed on window to try to jostle the window loose. Window then collapsed into door well. Window was subsequently stuck in the door well. Driver was expectantly exposed to elements and unable to manipulate window up or down. Vehicle is 3 years old with 59,044 miles. Honda automotive shop identified that the window came unglued from the tags holding it in place. Honda shop identified that they have never seen this on a car this new, may be common for a 20-30 year old car but not for a honda this new.

On july 2, 2015 while driving 40 mph, power steering failed and indicator light came on. Had car towed to dealer next day, software update done, and i was told the problem should not reoccur. On oct 6, 2015, while turning into a parking lot, it failed again. Had car towed to dealer and told they will now replace gearbox. I asked what was causing this and how this fix will work and was told they don't know! they're following instructions from the manufacturer. This is very unsafe, and appears honda does not truly know how to fix this.
